Journal of Nutrition and Health Care (JUNIC) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal publishing original research and review articles in nutrition, dietetics, food science, public health, clinical nutrition, community health, and health care.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process and are evaluated based on originality, methodological rigor, scientific relevance, ethical compliance, and contribution to nutrition and human health. JUNIC is accredited as a SINTA 3 journal by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

Article Types

The Journal of Nutrition and Health Care (JUNIC) welcomes high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of nutrition, food science, public health, and health care. The journal accepts the following types of manuscripts:

Full Length Articles – Reports of original experimental, observational, clinical, laboratory, or community-based research.
Review Articles – Comprehensive and critical reviews that summarize current knowledge and identify future research directions.
